Description
The City of Columbus, Department of Technology, is seeking bids for the renewal of Tableau licensing, maintenance, and support services. The contract will provide for the purchase and delivery of Tableau licenses, maintenance, and support services, as well as additional training credits. The scope of work includes providing instantaneous insight by transforming data into visually appealing and interactive visualizations. The contract will be for a one-year period, and the City is looking for a certified reseller/dealer partnership to respond to this solicitation. Key requirements include system monitoring, reporting of system availability, and maintenance of system documentation.
• The City requires a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, transmit, store, and disclose City data.
• The Contractor must maintain system monitoring that reliably tracks and reports system availability.
• The system must be available for at least 99.5% of the time.
• The Contractor will provide an application programming interface as part of its solution.
• The City may use its data and related metadata provided from the Contractor’s solution as it may deem necessary without restriction.
