This solicitation establishes a multi‑year contract for the supply of a broad catalog of school‑supply items to all Delaware Local Education Agencies. Vendors may submit a complete catalog of products covering dozens of categories (e.g., adhesives, apparel, arts & crafts, furniture, electronics, paper, etc.) and must provide firm unit‑price discounts that meet or exceed the minimum percentages set out in the solicitation. The contract is firm‑priced for the initial one‑year term (July 15 2026 – July 14 2027) with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions. All bids must be delivered in sealed paper envelopes with an electronic copy on a USB drive; a non‑collusion statement and various attachments are required. Shipping is FOB destination with freight prepaid, and the State of Delaware is exempt from certain taxes.
