Description
The Shelby Public Schools is seeking bids for the 2026 Roofing Project. The project involves the replacement of the existing roof at the Early Childhood Center located at 142 W 5th St, Shelby, MI 49455. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing roof, installing new roofing materials, and ensuring that the work is done in a watertight and workmanlike manner. The project also includes the installation of joint sealants, turf, and grasses. The contractor must have experience in roofing and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
