Kimball Alley Mini Plaza

The City of Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified companies for decorative concrete construction work, including retaining walls, sidewalks with pavers, and steps, as part of the Kimball Alley Mini Plaza project. The project aims to create an accessible seating area with inviting features, including improvements to the irrigation system, lighting, landscaping, and a trellis structure. Key requirements include experience in decorative concrete construction, previous experience in related projects exceeding 1000sqft within the last 5 years, and a valid Idaho Public Works License.
