2026-008 Athletics Tailgate Plaza Design

The University at Buffalo (UB) is soliciting qualifications for the design and construction administration services for a proposed Athletics Tailgate Plaza that will be located west of Broadview Stadium and south of the Murchie Field House within an undeveloped area on the North Campus. The plaza will be used for a wide range of functions including special events and gatherings, as well as daily use by students, faculty and staff. Site improvements are anticipated to include but are not limited to: raising the grade to accommodate drainage; radial aligned sidewalks and a central paved area with the UB logo; lawn areas, trees and other plantings; irrigation; power; and an overhead catenary lighting system.Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall include a Letter of Interest, Qualification Statement, Consultant Questionnaire, and any other required information and shall be emailed by May 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM, to: Marty Spence,This ad has not been published.
