The City of Salina is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and install one new 2026‑model rotary rough mower with seven 27‑inch decks, provide training to the city superintendent, and furnish complete digital parts and service manuals along with required accessories. The contract also allows the bidder to accept a trade‑in of a 2018 Toro mower for a lump‑sum credit. The purchase must be FOB destination, include a minimum two‑year manufacturer warranty and a one‑year contractor warranty, and meet all specified technical and safety requirements.
• Supply and install a self‑contained rotary rough mower (≈150‑in. cutting width, ≥55 HP diesel engine).
• Provide on‑site training, digital manuals, and a full warranty package (2‑yr manufacturer, 1‑yr contractor).
• Optionally take a trade‑in mower for a negotiated credit; include all accessories (light kit, mulching blade, air‑ride seat, etc.).
• Submit sealed bids by April 9 2026, 10:00 a.m. CST; questions due by April 2 2026.
