Description
The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking information on how to provide the user interface and automation layer of a military Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) system. This system should be easy to use for both Guardians and Human Resource (HR) Practitioners. The USSF aims to deploy military HR capabilities in a phased approach, aligning with the Personnel Management Act. The system must be modern, secure, and adaptable to evolving business processes. The USSF is considering a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS)/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for the Guardian Automation Layer (GAL) and Guardian Data Layer (GDL). Key features of the GAL include a single user interface, role-based authorities, low code/no code configurability, automation, and AI capabilities. The GDL will be the primary integration point and data repository for Guardian Data.
Some of the key requirements for the system include:
• Compliance with security and data sovereignty requirements
• Core platform capabilities, such as managing military-specific constructs and supporting a mixed workforce
• Implementation, sustainment, and scalability, including a sample implementation plan and sustainment strategy
• Past performance and market position, including experience providing Enterprise HR platforms to military and U.S. Government organizations
