Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking quotations for the procurement of Brewer Examination Tables. The procurement is for new equipment only, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller. The equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and the vendor must provide a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer. The quote must include delivery, installation, and calibration services, as well as post-installation training and configuration. The equipment will be installed at various health centers, including the Parker Indian Health Center, Peach Springs Health Center, Chemehuevi Clinic, Irene Benn Health Center, and others.
• The procurement is for 6 Brewer High-Low Power Exam Tables and 6 Brewer EasyGlide Mobility Systems.
• The vendor must provide certification that they are a fully authorized distributor/dealer for all products/services listed.
• The equipment must be safe, maintained in adequate storage conditions, and any warranties and services and/or preventative maintenance agreements must be transferred and honored by the OEM.
• No gray market, counterfeit, or adulterated devices will be accepted.
