Anti-Ice Units

The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District, is seeking bids from qualified companies to provide Force America 1750 Gallon Slip-In, Full Baffled Anti-Ice Units. The units must be compatible with Force America ground speed hydraulic control systems and include specific features such as a full baffled tank, hydraulically driven hypro liquid pump, and vertically adjustable spray bar. The contract period will be 12 months from the Notice of Award. • The unit must be shipped completely assembled to the skid assembly ready for MoDOT staff to install into their dump body. • The unit must include side mount guide wheels installed and a fold-up leg kit installed. • The unit must be compatible with Force America ground speed hydraulic control systems. • The full baffled tank must be Ace Rota-Mold's Free Standing Horizontal Bulk Storage Tank with Sump, Part No FM1750-62, or functionally equivalent.
