Albert S. Nader Regional Airport -Fuel Farm Site Work

The City of Oneonta is seeking bids for the Albert S. Nader Regional Airport - Fuel Farm Site Work project. The project includes excavation and installation of a concrete pad, removal and relocation of a chain link fence, conduit and handholes for future electrical connections, minor asphalt paving, and rigging required to lift and set fuel tanks and an aluminum building. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 5% bid deposit and 100% performance and payment bonds. The project is subject to equal opportunity in employment, state wage rates, and all other requirements in accordance with applicable law. • The project includes excavation for and installation of a 41'-10" x 30', 12" thick reinforced concrete pad. • Removal, relocation, and/or installation of 90 linear feet of 10' chain link fence with barbed wire. • Conduit and handholes for future electrical connections. • Minor asphalt paving. • Rigging required to lift and set (2) fuel tanks and (1) aluminum building provided by others.
