On-Call Non-Emergency Demolition Services

The City of Sacramento’s Community Development Department is establishing an on‑call list of qualified contractors to provide non‑emergency demolition and hazardous‑material abatement services for unsafe structures. Contractors will be selected through a Qualifications‑Based Selection process and then entered into a one‑year contract (extendable up to three years) with an annual not‑to‑exceed ceiling.
