Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Rivertech, LLC for a bridge contract for Integrated Logistics Support Warehouse. The contract aims to support the Department of War senior leadership and other national defense agencies by providing auditable and accurate records for Government property. The services include warehouse operation, material handling, and integrated logistics support.
• The contract will provide services such as warehousing, physical delivery, pick-up, inventorying, shipping/handling, and disposal of IT assets.
• The contract will be awarded under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, due to only one responsible source being available.
• The previous contract was awarded competitively under the 8(a) program, and the incumbent contractor is Rivertech, LLC.
