Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation Northeast District is seeking a triple injection sprayer system to be used in the back of a 6X6 UTV. The system should include a low profile 60-gallon tank, three 2.5-gallon chemical tanks, and various other components such as spray and boom setup, control system, chemical injection, engine and pump, and hose and reel. The system should be similar to the one described in the attached specifications. The contract terms and conditions can be found in the attached documents.
• The system must be able to fit in the back of a 6X6 UTV.
• The system must have a low profile 60-gallon tank and three 2.5-gallon chemical tanks.
• The system must have a dual #187 Boom Buster nozzles on electric actuators and two #344 TeeJet electronic boom ball valves.
• The system must have a Texas Remcor controller and an integrated pressure transducer.
• The system must have three TeeJet 3-way ball valves and three Dosatron chemical injection pumps.
• The system must have a Honda GX160 chain-driven engine and a Hypro 7560C pump.
