Description
The Town of Rochester is seeking a prime/general contractor to design, permit, install, and commission a net‑metered solar array (≤15 kW AC) for its municipal office building at 65 School St., including any required electrical upgrades and an optional carport structure. Bidders must review town scope documents, attend an optional site walk‑through, and submit a detailed bid package with technical understanding, staff qualifications, references, schedule, insurance, and a price for project management/permits. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with work to begin after notice to proceed and be completed by 30 June 2028. Funding is provided through a state MERP implementation grant.
