Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking a single‑prime contractor to perform comprehensive streetscape upgrades along Dawson and Wooster Streets (US 17/74/76) from 3rd St. to 17th St. The scope includes milling and resurfacing of asphalt, full replacement of curb and gutter, ADA‑compliant sidewalk and curb‑ramp construction, drainage improvements, traffic‑signal upgrades, utility coordination, erosion‑control measures, and associated landscaping and signage. The contract is a lump‑sum bid with unit‑price items, a 365‑day performance period, and a 14 % MBE/WBE subcontracting goal.
