Non-Competitive RFQ for the repair of a Universal

The National Institute of Mental Health, Functional MRI Facility, requires the repair and replacement of the batteries, capacitors, and fans of the labs Universal Power Supply (UPS) power unit utilized by two MRI scanners. The contractor shall provide the required parts and services, including VRLA sealed lead acid batteries, capacitors, kits, and fans. The contractor must also provide installation and associated fees, shipping, and handling. • The UPS power unit is used to support critical operations during downtime, emergencies, or power outages. • The contractor must provide unit and total price, shipping and handling costs, delivery period after award, and delivery terms. • The contractor must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. • The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government, considering price and other factors.
