Renewal Service Agreement for Various BD Flow Cytometers and Lasers

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order with Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) for a 12-month service contract. The contract will provide maintenance and repair services for eight BD flow cytometers, four high throughput samplers, six flow supply systems, and thirty-six lasers. The services will include preventive maintenance inspections, remedial repair, software revisions, unlimited service visits, and telephone support. The contractor must provide all necessary parts and equipment to perform the services. • The contract is for a 12-month period, starting on July 21, 2026, and ending on July 20, 2027. • The contractor must provide two preventive maintenance inspections during the contract period. • The contractor must provide unlimited service visits and telephone support. • The contractor must respond to emergency on-site service requests within 48 hours. • The contract is a sole source award, and the Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
