The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to construct two lighted basketball courts at Lenora Park in Snellville, GA. The scope includes site grading, concrete work, retaining walls, chain‑link fencing, LED lighting, utility installation (electrical and water), landscaping, storm‑water management, and all associated demolition and site‑cleanup. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a 5 % bid bond required and performance/payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount.
