Description
The County of Loudoun is seeking a qualified general contractor to perform intersection improvements at the West Laurel Avenue and East Laurel Avenue crossings with Sterling Boulevard. The work includes installing a new traffic signal, modifying the median to provide left‑in and right‑in/right‑out access, upgrading pedestrian facilities to meet ADA standards, and completing associated drainage and utility work. All construction must comply with VDOT‑approved signal foundations, include necessary surveying, traffic control, earthwork, erosion control, and obtain all required permits.
