Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is seeking lease proposals for approximately 5,746 rentable square feet of commercial space in North Haven, Connecticut to serve as an Armed Forces Career Center. The space must provide a secondary egress, parking for roughly 14 government vehicles (day and overnight), and must be leased under a government lease agreement. The lease term is five (5) years with optional one‑year renewal periods, subject to annual appropriations. Proposers must submit a proposed rent amount that includes water, sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance, as well as a detailed construction/build‑out cost breakdown for any required alterations. All bidders must be registered in SAM with an active CAGE/UEI and must provide a notarized letter appointing an Entity Administrator. The deadline for proposal submission is 5:00 PM on 31 August 2026.
