Description
This solicitation is for the resurfacing of approximately 10.9 miles of county‑maintained roadways in Itasca County, MN, using Class 1 aggregate surfacing. The work includes crushing, hauling, grading, placement, and compaction of aggregate, as well as incidental water application, temporary traffic control, and haul‑road maintenance. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and required bonds, comply with MnDOT 2025 Standard Specifications, prevailing‑wage rules, and submit a Responsible Contractor Verification.
• Scope: Class 1 aggregate surfacing (≈31,500 tons) on County Roads 43, 68, 252, 469 and related haul‑road sections.
• Requirements: 5 % proposal guaranty, performance & payment bonds, insurance minimums, prevailing‑wage compliance, Responsible Contractor Certification, Non‑Collusion Affidavit, and certified payroll reporting.
