WELDER PACKAGE

The US Navy is seeking a welder package that meets specific requirements. The system must be compatible with 480-volt 3-phase power and have a minimum duty cycle of 100% at 36 volts/400 amps. The package must include a dual wire feeder setup, a wireless remote foot controller, and a heavy-duty foot control pedal. The system must also include a cooler, a dedicated Tig Torch Connection, and a dedicated Work cable Connection. The running gear/cart must include 2 brackets to stow the foot controls and a 25 ft (min) work lead. • The system must meet all applicable OSHA standards and regulations. • The vendor must ensure all components of the system are compatible. • The power supply must have a minimum duty cycle of 100% at 36 volts/400 amps. • The machine must be able to perform Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Direct Current Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (DC GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Pulse Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-P), and Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW).
