The project includes various facilities such as influent lift station, equalization storage basin, headworks, biological nutrient removal system, membrane filtration facility, and more. The City has established a construction budget of $240,000,000 to $400,000,000. Budget estimate

$240,000,000 – $400,000,000

Based on the estimated construction budget of $240,000,000 to $400,000,000, the budget for this project could range from $240,000,000 to $400,000,000. However, the actual budget will depend on the final contract price and the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) fee. The CMAR fee is proposed as a percentage of the cost of the work, and the evaluated CMAR fee amount is based on an assumed cost of the work of $300,000,000.
