Bobby Bonds Park Pool Improvements

• Replace and reconstruct the pool deck, including all deck equipment (starting platforms, stanchions, grab rails, lifeguard chairs, diving boards, handicap lift). • Resurface the pool interior, install new heaters, replace the bulkhead, and install new butterfly valves in the equipment room. • Perform all associated civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work, complying with City specifications, HUD CDBG requirements, and California prevailing‑wage rules. • Provide required bonds (10 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds), licenses, insurance, and submit all mandated certifications and forms.
