Description
The Oregon State Lottery is seeking information from suppliers for the provision of VLT Fan-Fold Thermal Paper for use in their Video Lottery Terminals. The Lottery is looking for a supplier who can provide high-quality thermal paper that meets their specifications, including paper properties, thermal printing properties, and packaging requirements. The selected supplier will be required to provide approximately 9,000 cases of thermal paper per year, with each case containing 20 packs of 300 tickets. The supplier must also be able to meet the Lottery's delivery schedule and provide excellent customer service.
Some key requirements for the thermal paper include:
• Weight: 105.9 g/m2
• Paper Thickness: 4.35 ±0.2 Avg. (.00435 IN)
• Brightness: 87.8% (-3%, +0%)
• Face Side Roughness: 1.3μm Avg. +0.3 (10 kg-m Clamp)
• Thermal Image Life: Minimum of 10 years
• Paper Stiffness: 240 mgf Avg ±40
The supplier must also be able to provide packaging that meets industry standards, is recyclable, and is marked with the vendor's PN, source of paper used, and suggested storage temperature.
