Description
The North Carolina State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees is seeking a vendor to provide third-party administrative services. The selected vendor will be responsible for executing the Plan's health benefit coverage strategy, providing a base platform for improving health, and delivering an excellent member and provider experience while fostering financial sustainability for the Plan. The vendor will also be responsible for network development, claims processing, and other administrative tasks. The contract term is 53 months, with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
