Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the removal, transport, and disposal of fill material from planned residential properties. The work includes excavation, load out, backfill, grade, and site finalization. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor.
• The scope of services includes demolition of residential properties and associated activities.
• Vendors must be pre-qualified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement.
• The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences.
• The contract will be awarded for a period of 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
• Vendors must provide performance and payment bonds, and certificates of insurance.
• The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract.
