Concrete Raising Project 2026

The City of Sandy is seeking a vendor to provide concrete raising services for displaced concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, drive approaches, waterways, frogs, and ADA access ramps. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work, as well as disposing of debris and obstacles, providing traffic control, and restoring existing roadway, driveway, wall structure, mailbox, landscaping, sprinkler system, fence, utility, or any other item disturbed by construction. The work will be completed over a period of one year, with locations identified by the Sandy City Project Manager. • The vendor must provide a unit rate cost for the work, including all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. • The vendor must comply with the Sandy City Standard Specifications and Details for Municipal Construction. • The vendor must provide traffic control and sweeping services as needed. • The vendor must restore all existing roadway, driveway, wall structure, mailbox, landscaping, sprinkler system, fence, utility, or any other item disturbed by construction. • The vendor must dispose of all debris and obstacles at a legal landfill or recycle facility.
