Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to repair one CO2 Scrubber, Skid A, in accordance with the SUBMEPP TRIPER Refurbishment Instruction NO. 5320-012-0728 REV H. The repair will be done on a firm fixed price basis. The contractor must have a valid U.S. security clearance of confidential or higher to respond to this RFQ. The Navy intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement.
Some key points to note:
• The contractor must comply with the configuration management provisions of the contract and maintain the total equipment baseline configuration of the parts on this contract.
• The contractor must also comply with the higher-level contract quality requirement, which includes ISO 9001-2008 and/or Mil-I-45208.
• The contractor is required to provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any hazardous materials delivered under the contract.
• The contractor must comply with the packaging, packing, and marking requirements outlined in the contract.
