This opportunity seeks a qualified firm to provide full‑service architectural and design support for the new Marshall University School of Medicine building on the Health Campus in Huntington, WV. The scope includes schematic design, design development, construction documents, coordination with medical equipment vendors, and construction administration to ensure the facility meets clinical, educational, and research requirements.
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans and interior layouts tailored to medical education and patient care functions.
• Coordinate engineering, specialty medical equipment, and code compliance (e.g., fire, accessibility, health standards).
• Provide construction‑administration services, including site visits, submittal reviews, and contractor liaison throughout the build phase.
