Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide presort mailing services for various state agencies. The contractor will be responsible for picking up mail from participating agencies, presorting and bar-coding the mail, and delivering it to the USPS facility. The contract will be for a term of five years, with no renewal option periods. The contractor must have experience in providing presort mailing services and must meet certain minimum qualifications. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable bid price.
• The contractor must provide presort mailing services for various state agencies.
• The contractor must pick up mail from participating agencies and deliver it to the USPS facility.
• The contractor must presort and bar-code the mail.
• The contractor must provide online National Change of Address (NCOA) updates for all mail processed under this contract.
• The contractor must provide a three-part receipt form to each participating state agency.
