The City of North Miami Beach is issuing a Sole Source Notice for the purchase of location intelligence and foot traffic analytics software from Placer.ai. The software provides aggregated and anonymized location data to help businesses and organizations understand visitation patterns, customer behavior, trade areas, and market trends. The City intends to negotiate and award the contract with only one source under the authority of the City of North Miami Beach City Code Section 3-4.8. • The software uses aggregated and anonymized location data to provide insights on visitation patterns, customer behavior, trade areas, and market trends. • The software is provided exclusively on the Placer platform, Placer API, and Placer data feeds. • The City is seeking responses from vendors to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
