Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) is soliciting proposals for an enterprise‑level I‑9 and E‑Verify solution that integrates directly with its Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The selected vendor will deliver a platform that enables remote employees to complete I‑9 forms electronically, supports authorized‑representative and virtual verification workflows, ensures full DHS/E‑Verify compliance, provides centralized dashboards and audit‑ready reporting, and automates onboarding to reduce manual effort. The contract will be awarded shortly after the bid opening, with TERO tribal‑employment compliance requirements and a 0.5% fee on the award amount.
