Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace the flat roof of Building 16. The scope of work includes replacing the existing roof with either EPDM or IKO rolled roofing, with a 30-year warranty. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing roof and installing a new one, including any necessary sheathing replacement. The estimated roof area is 2950 SF.
