Description
The City of Charleston is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Administration services for the Capital Connector multimodal transportation corridor (approximately 3.8 miles) along Kanawha Boulevard East and Greenbrier Street. The selected firm will act as the construction administrator, handling submittal reviews, RFIs, schedule monitoring, financial oversight, compliance with WVDOH and FHWA requirements, and project close‑out. No pricing is requested at this stage; firms must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by the deadline.
• Scope includes full construction‑administration support from pre‑bid activities through final acceptance and grant close‑out.
• Mandatory qualifications: West Virginia Professional Engineer license, experience with federally‑funded transportation projects, and two recent client references.
• Submission requirements: PDF EOI (≤ 15 MB) or secure link, plus required documents (Expression of Interest, Addendum Acknowledgement Form).
