The U.S. Embassy in Thailand is seeking a contractor to modify one of the two outdoor scissor lifts located in front of the loading dock. The project involves performing a site survey, demolishing the existing concrete apron, constructing a new concrete pit, and reinstalling the scissor lift system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work. The project duration is 60 calendar days, and the contract type is firm-fixed price. • The contractor shall furnish and install all materials required by this contract. • The contractor shall be responsible for providing construction services, including management and professional design services. • The contractor shall provide a complete set of as-built drawings of the project after completion. • The contractor shall comply with all construction safety measures required by the Thai Labor Code and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual. • The contractor shall maintain quality control over suppliers, manufacturers, products, services, site conditions, and workmanship to produce work of specified quality.
