Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) Infrastructure

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) for the Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) Infrastructure project in Oregon. The project requires the construction of two sites, a Transmitting site and a Receiver site, located approximately 125 miles apart. The sites will include various facilities such as operations facilities, water treatment buildings, vehicle maintenance shelters, and security buildings. The project also requires the installation of utilities, fuel storage, and security systems. The USACE is looking for a company with demonstrated experience in heavy civil construction in remote locations, experience with radar arrays and OTHR systems, and the ability to work with Tribal observers. The company should also have experience with remote locations requiring establishing and maintaining man camps, tight schedules, and heavy logistical coordination.
