Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for a PAINT SYSTEM, specifically a 5-gallon can of heavy metals free (HMF) antifouling ship hull paint. The paint must meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-24647E with amendment 1, and have a maximum VOC of 400 g/L.
