STREET TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE ON-CALL SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified engineering consultants to provide project management and construction administration and inspection services on an as-needed basis for the Street Transportation Department. The selected consultants will work on a variety of horizontal transportation infrastructure projects, including federally and locally funded projects. The scope of work includes full-time project management, construction administration, and inspection services. The consultants will be required to provide technical support, maintain project records, and utilize the City's project management database. The City expects to select at least two firms for this project, and the contract is expected to be effective on July 1, 2026. • The project includes managing construction contracts, overseeing permits, reviewing schedules and progress payments, and conducting construction progress meetings. • The consultants will be required to provide a computerized networked office platform with broadband internet connectivity. • The City will evaluate the firms based on their experience, qualifications, and approach to the project. • The selected firms will be required to comply with the Arizona State Statutes and the City of Phoenix's contract provisions.
