Description
The Lansing School District is seeking a contractor to renovate the Don Johnson Fieldhouse, specifically the pool area. The project includes infilling the existing pool and updating finishes in the existing natatorium to create a new multi-purpose practice gym. The renovations also include updating finishes in the second-floor viewing area and enclosing it with full-height storefront. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project must comply with the 2021 Michigan Building Code, 2021 Michigan Rehabilitation Code, and other applicable codes and regulations.
