DOORS, DOOR FRAMES, DOOR HARDWARE, ACCESSORIES - AGMT.-AMD 2

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works is seeking a vendor to provide doors, door frames, and door hardware components. The agreement will include on-site installation and repair services. The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience and hold specific licenses, including a California Contractors State License Board issued license. The doors and hardware must meet specific standards, including NFPA 80 and UL 10B. • The vendor must provide a wide range of door types, including hollow metal, wood, and fiberglass doors. • The vendor must also provide door hardware components, including locksets, hinges, and closers. • The agreement will include on-site field recertification of fire-rated doors and frames. • The vendor must meet all requirements set forth in NFPA 80 and the requirements of the listing laboratory found on the door and frame label.
