Notice of Intent to Award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for Sterilely Compounded Pharmaceuticals via 503B Compounding Pharmacies for Gallup Indian Medical Center

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for sterilely compounded pharmaceuticals from FDA-designated 503B facilities. The products must be sterilely compounded with a beyond-use date of at least 30 days from manufacture. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with one option period. The scope of work includes providing Phenylephrine 100mcg/ml, Succinylcholine 20mg/10ml, LET 5ml syringe, Oxytoxin 30 units in 500ml, and Epinephrine 8mg per 250ml bag, among other medications. • The BPAs will be awarded to Fagron Compounding Services LLC and American National Services LLC. • The NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. • The small business size standard is 1,300 employees. • Other vendors who believe they can fulfill the government requirements are encouraged to submit their capability statements, price lists, and catalogs via email.
