Description
The County is seeking qualified contractors to demolish the existing synthetic turf at Harbins Park’s multipurpose field and install new turf, infill, and a football/soccer goal system. Bids must be submitted sealed, with a 5 % bid bond, and successful bidders will be required to furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds. Plans are available on‑site and can be obtained free of charge from Breedlove Land Planning, Inc. The project includes removal and proper disposal of the old infill, coordination of a staging area, and maintaining open park trails and sidewalks throughout construction.
