Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace ceiling tiles at the West Haven VAMC. The contractor will be required to provide Armstrong ceiling tiles with specific specifications, including dimensions, acoustics, fire resistance, and light reflectance. The contractor must also comply with VA Privacy and Security, the Privacy Act, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The evaluation criteria include price, past performance, and technical capabilities.
• The contractor must provide at least one but no more than three references of work similar in scope and size to the requirement.
• The contractor must demonstrate their corporate experience and approach to meet all requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must demonstrate that their technicians meet the qualification standards stated in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must provide the name and address of all subcontractors and a description of their planned subcontracting effort.
