Description
The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a lease for office space in the North Dallas Metroplex area for its Dallas North Regional Service Center. The requested space must be between 11,000 to 14,000 square feet of usable office space. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include the respondent's cost, relevant experience, financial condition, condition of the building, location, and references.
• The lease term and cost will be evaluated based on the total proposed lease rate per square foot and the overall value considering cost and proposed facility.
• The respondent's experience in leasing and managing comparable commercial office facilities will be considered.
• The condition and maintenance of the building, including its age, accessibility, and environmental condition, will be evaluated.
• The location of the building, including its accessibility to major roadways and transportation routes, parking availability, and proximity to services, will be considered.
• The respondent's references and history of addressing maintenance issues or premises concerns will also be evaluated.
