Description
The Statewide Imagery Consortium RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide statewide ortho‑imagery (including a 4‑band color‑infrared product) and associated metadata for Washington State agencies and partners. The vendor must host a streaming service compatible with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, CAD tools, and other GIS applications, and grant unlimited, perpetual licensing to all consortium members. Technical requirements include strict horizontal accuracy (≤ 6 in RMSE) and delivery in uncompressed GeoTIFF/UTM format. The contract runs for an initial two‑year term ending 1 July 2028, with an optional extension of up to five additional years.
• Provide statewide ortho‑imagery (CIR 4‑band) with metadata, meeting defined accuracy thresholds.
• Host a streaming service that supports ~200 user accounts with unlimited concurrent access.
• Deliver data in GeoTIFF/UTM, offer optional DSM and streaming services, and maintain price protection for the contract term.
• Meet extensive Washington State compliance requirements (insurance, MWBE reporting, security badges, etc.).
