Description
The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court is seeking qualified companies to provide experienced crack seal crews and equipment to clean and seal joints and cracks in asphalt pavement. The successful respondent will be required to submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total contract price, payable without recourse to Williamson County, Texas, if the contract price exceeds $100,000. The county reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court or reject any and/or all responses.
• The contract will involve routine maintenance of asphalt pavement
• The respondent will be required to submit pricing as specified in the solicitation documents
• Payment will be made by the respondent’s preferred method as filed with the Williamson County Auditor’s Office
• The contract price may require a performance bond up to the full amount of the contract
