Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes the demolition and removal of a fishing pier and the installation of a new chain link fence. The cost of demolition and removal services can vary depending on the location, size, and complexity of the project. However, a rough estimate for a project of this scope could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. The budget will likely be a fixed-price contract, with the contractor being paid a lump sum for the completion of the work. The payment schedule will likely be tied to the completion of specific milestones, such as the demolition and removal of the pier, and the installation of the new fence. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of labor, equipment, and materials, as well as the complexity of the project and the level of environmental regulations that must be complied with.
