CSUB Job Order Contract 2025/26

The California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB) is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction services for infrastructure, buildings, structures, and other real property. The contract will have a minimum total contract value of $0.00 and a maximum total contract value of $1,000,000, with the option to increase to $3,000,000 if needed. The contract term will be 12 months, unless the maximum value is achieved prior to completion. • The contract is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. • The contractor will be required to provide all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. • The contractor must be prequalified with the Trustees and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) to bid public works projects. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 2, 2025, to discuss the JOC concept, documents, and bid considerations. • The successful bidder will be required to achieve a minimum of 3% DVBE participation in each construction project under the Job Order Contract.
