Description
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Smith River Forest Offices on the Six Rivers National Forest. The total area to be serviced is approximately 6,560 square feet, and service is required twice weekly. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with one Base Year and four Option Years.
• The contract will be for a total of 5 years, including the base year and four option years.
• The current contract amount is $70,555.59, which includes the base year and four option years.
• A site visit is scheduled for February 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST, but it is not mandatory.
• The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date, and has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs in the event of cancellation.
